    I was looking for cool islands/beaches in Asia and came across the Maldives… All I have to say is Whhhhhhhha?!??! This breathtaking country (yes, it is a country!) is located in the Indian Ocean and is made up of 1,192 coral islands. That’s a lot. It is also the lowest country in the world, being only 1.5 metres above sea level! I’m literally hyperventilating looking at these photos. When can I go here?

    This photo shows my favourite beaches that I’ve been to in Thailand. Top left: Sairee Beach, Koh Tao - been here twice and fell in love! Such a cute beach with fishing boats lining the shore. The little village connecting all the mini resorts is so adorable and friendly. Top right: Maya Bay - the amazing paradise where they filmed The Beach! Although it was fairly crowded with tourists coming in my boat on day tours, the landscape and views were well worth it. It didn’t even seem real! Bottom left: Chicken Island, Krabi - went to this tiny island for the day by longtail boat from mainland Krabi. You could walk between two islands on this sandbar! Such a relaxing day with beautiful turquoise waters. Bottom right: Railay Beach, Krabi - this beach was outstanding with limestone rocks sticking out of the water and massive cliffs surrounding the beach. Had to take a short longtail boat trip here from mainland Krabi. Can you tell I miss Thailand?!
